layout
The layout is where everything starts - and where most renovations go wrong if it’s not thought through properly. It defines how your home works in everyday life: flow, proportions, and how each space connects. We focus on getting the layout right, because it sets the foundation for everything that follows.
DESIGN
Once the layout makes sense, we bring the space to life. Through 3D models, carefully selected materials, and custom furniture, the project starts to feel real. Every choice has a reason, and every element has its place - so the design feels clear, cohesive, and intentional.
DRawings
This is where ideas become buildable. We translate the design into precise technical drawings - lighting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and all the details needed to build. Everything is decided in advance, so there will be no guessing, no improvising, and no surprises during construction.
REALISATION
The renovation is carried out by our in-house team and carefully coordinated under the supervision of an architect throughout the entire process. Clients can be confident that every detail - from construction work to custom furniture - is executed exactly according to the design.
CUSTOM FURNITURE
The renovation is handled by our in-house builders, with the architect leading the process from start to finish. Nothing gets passed between different companies or lost in translation - it all happens under one roof. This keeps decisions fast, details under control, and the process surprisingly smooth.

Start by sending us an email or giving us a call. If you reach out by email, please share any materials you have - a floor plan, photos, and a short description of your project, your ideas, and what you expect from the space. We’ll review everything, get back to you, and arrange an initial meeting to go through your project together.
The first meeting is about getting to know your project. We go through your ideas, needs, and expectations, answer your questions, and make sure we’re a good fit. We also see the space in person to understand it properly.
No design decisions are made at this stage - we focus on understanding the project as a whole.
Every project is unique, so the best way for us to give you an accurate quote is to first understand the full scope of the work. Things like the size of the space, its current condition, and the materials you choose all affect the final cost. Once we’ve seen the space and talked through your needs and ideas, we’ll create a custom quote tailored to your project.
